Does your kid sometimes get lost in a maze of big emotions?

Have you ever…?

  • …had to leave a social event or fun outing early because of your kid'smeltdown?

  • …wished your child could learn to handle their frustrations without screaming or hitting?

  • …worried that your kid might struggle to make friends or have lasting, good relationships with siblings?

  • …had a mini heart-attack when they're close to losing a game or otherwise not getting their way, anticipating... well, the storm?

Recognizing these feelings is the first step. Taking action is the next one.

Introducing....

I get it!

Being able to control my emotions when my kids were melting down is not something that has come naturally for me.

I always wanted the calm, peaceful home I didn't have as a child, but when I became a parent, I just couldn't seem to stay regulated - especially when my kids were dysregulated.

It took more than just will power.

It took more than just “whispering."

Time outs and counting didn't work either.

It DID take more self-compassion, and the tools and resources I will now love to share with others.

Raising four children under the age of 12, guiding 27 former foster kids, and educating over a thousand children globally has sharpened my skills in parenting neurodivergent, highly sensitive, or emotionally intense children.

I'm  passionate about helping parents to have less stress, overwhelm, and chaos, in exchange for more peace at home and better relationships with their child, so their children can have a brighter future.
